How Our Wind Scheduling Works
Wingfoil is a wind-dependent sport — and our scheduling reflects that. Instead of offering fixed time slots weeks in advance, we plan sessions based on actual wind forecasts to give you the best possible conditions.
A Wind-Based Booking System
Here's how it works:
- Once your package is booked, you'll receive a private link via email and WhatsApp.
- Each Monday, you fill in your availability for the upcoming week.
- Slots only open when the wind forecast looks good — so fewer cancellations and more time on the water.
- The weekly schedule is sent by Tuesday at 6 PM, including the location based on conditions.
Why We Do It This Way
Many schools use fixed calendars where sessions are booked regardless of wind — leading to frequent cancellations or lessons in poor conditions.
Our model is different:
- Slots open only when conditions are promising
- Sessions are scheduled in the best forecast windows
- Students get more consistent, productive time on the water
The goal is simple: when you show up, it's to ride — not to wait.
Weekly Schedule
- Monday: Receive your availability form
- Tuesday 6 PM: Weekly schedule is sent out
- The more availability you share, the better your chances of securing a session
- Priority goes to the earliest bookings
Need Something Outside the Slots?
We understand that schedules don't always align. If you need a session outside the proposed slots, just reach out — we'll do our best to accommodate when conditions allow.
