Terms & Conditions

General

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Wing van Holland, including wingfoil lessons, equipment rentals, and progression packs. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Cancellations

Sessions are scheduled based on wind conditions. We confirm the timing and location the day before each session. If there is no wind, your session will be rescheduled at no extra cost. Cancellations by the client within 24 hours of a confirmed session are non-refundable.

Weather & Safety

Wing van Holland reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to unsafe weather conditions. The safety of our participants is always our priority. Decisions made by the instructor regarding weather and water conditions are final.

Equipment

All equipment is provided by Wing van Holland, including modern North 2026 gear suited to your level and weight. Participants are responsible for the equipment during their session. Damage caused by negligence or misuse may be charged to the participant.

Liability

Wingfoiling is a water sport that carries inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and accept that you take part at your own responsibility. Wing van Holland carries liability insurance but is not responsible for injuries or losses resulting from participant negligence or failure to follow instructor guidance.

Health & Fitness

Participants must be in reasonable physical condition to take part in wingfoil sessions. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate safely. A helmet and impact vest are mandatory for all sessions and are provided by Wing van Holland.

Intellectual Property

Photos or videos taken during sessions may be used by Wing van Holland for promotional purposes, including on the website and social media channels. If you prefer not to be featured, please let us know in writing before or during the session.

Payments

Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking. Prices are as listed on the website and may be subject to change. Any price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
